Frequently asked questions
I reinstalled the game and lost my progress
Progress is saved on your device, not on our servers, so deleting the game deletes it. It may come back from an iCloud or Google device backup restore. Purchases are never lost: see the next question.
How do I restore my purchases?
In Bolt Panic, open the Shop (tap the coin counter on the home screen) or the pause menu and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds are requested from them: on iPhone and iPad at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android from your Google Play order history. If something you bought didn't arrive, email us first. We can usually fix it.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Every game plays offline. Only ads, live events and purchases need a connection.
How do I turn off personalised ads?
On iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn the game off. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. In the EEA and UK, pause a level and tap Privacy choices to change your consent. You will still see ads, but they won't be personalised.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email support@afc-games.com with the game's name. See the privacy policy for your rights. Most of our games collect nothing at all, so there is nothing to delete.
Do you make games for children?
Our games are rated for general audiences but are not designed for young children, and none is in the App Store's Kids category.
